· Discovered optimal expression and purification conditions for a sugar nucleotidylyltransferase enzyme. Performed biochemical assays such as the Bradford assay, affinity chromatography, SDS-PAGE, and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Prepared media, wrote and revised SOPs, monitored assays, analyzed data, presented scientific results.
